The images of the suits, shirts, pants, vests and coats (Products)/Material on our Site are for illustrative purposes only and your Products may vary slightly from those images, as although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately:
  • We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products; and
  • The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our Site.
For Standard Products order online:
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us for our Standard Products. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors at several stages before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process and use the ‘edit’ button to amend your order.

For full canvas suit and customizes Products order online:
Our shopping pages guide you through the steps you need to enquire by e-mail or telephone about special Products. Once you have discussed and agreed the particular model, style, dimension, colour, type of material, size, and any other additional with DUCCIO representative, we will:
  • Provide details of the proposed order for Products, including a description of the Products, the price, the terms on which these Products will be supplied, and the estimated delivery time; and
  • Clearly set out how you can confirm and submit this order by making payment. Please take the time to read and check your order before you make payment and contact your relevant DUCCIO representative to amend any errors.
The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our Site at the time you submit your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
The price of a Product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the Vietnam for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process for Standard Products or in e-mail correspondence for Made-to-order Products, before you confirm your order. To check relevant delivery charges, please refer to our DUCCIO’s staff.

  • In-store & door-to-door services: We take 50% deposit at the time of the order and the remaining 50% on completion. You can pay by cash, domestic cards or Credit Card (Visa, Master, Amex) 
  • Online Orders: We take full payment including shipping fee in advance. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. You will receive a secured link by email and fill up your card information for your payment. Successful settlement will also be inform by email.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders placed online needs from five to forteen days to finish and will be dispatched right then with UPS/FEDEX  with an estimated delivery of three to five days, depending on your region.
For all online orders you will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched. This email will also contain a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your delivery with UPS or FEDEX. Deliveries are made between 8:30am and 6pm, and will require a signature to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your orde
Please note that after an order has been dispatched we are unable to amend delivery details. If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible after placing your order. We will provide new information for Logistic Company and they need proper time to amend it as their schedule.
In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, or there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our Customer Services team within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. You will also need to ensure that all original packaging is kept.

Returns & Refunds
We take customer satisfaction very seriously at DUCCIO and want you to have a tailoring produc that is in every sense the perfect fit. If you have any issue with your tailoring clothes, please contat us at info@duccio.net or arrange an appoitment to solve your issue through store if you are in Hanoi, Vietnam. 
We’d recommend that you ensure your clothes fit to your satisfaction before sending it to landry service as all issues with tailoring clothes need to be in perfect condition to check from our side, and come with their original packaging. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any complains and ask to refunds if they are not in perfect condition.
If you wish to exchange shoes and accessories to a different size or styles, please return the item you no longer wish to keep and place a new order. Unfortunately clothes made to order cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If your made to order clothes don’t meet your satisfaction (wrong style/material or sizing) we will discuss to solve the issue for your wish or process your refund if we can not fix it. You will receive a confirmation email and, provided the conditions of return are met, we’ll refund to the card used for the original order.

Typically payments will show on your records within 72 hours of being processed but can take up to twenty days.

If you wish to make any changes to your order contact us as soon as possible and, provided we haven’t dispatched the order, we’ll work with you to make any requested changes.
